Role Description This is a full-time Senior Travel Consultant role located in Giza, Egypt. The Senior Tour Consultant will organize guided tours, communicate with clients, provide excellent customer service, and offer travel consulting services in the travel and tourism industry.
Qualifications Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills Handling in & out Booking requests Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in the Business Travel & Tourism industry (corporate section) Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Knowledge of travel booking systems and regulations Fluency in multiple languages is a plus A relevant certification or degree in Travel & Tourism is beneficial
