<p>Assist with system administration tasks, including server and application installation, patch management, and basic Windows troubleshooting as well as Provide support for software, and technical issues, escalating complex problems as needed.</p>

<ul><li>Support the availability and performance of enterprise systems under the guidance of senior engineers.</li><li>Assist in administering Active Directory and Certificate Authority.</li><li>Support the maintenance and monitoring of SQL databases, ensuring basic performance and security standards are followed.</li><li>Monitor system health and alerts using SCOM and report issues to senior team members.</li><li>Assist in managing endpoint security solutions such as Kaspersky Endpoint Security.</li><li>Follow established security best practices and organizational IT policies.</li><li>Participate in on-call support.</li><li>Assist in generating reports related to system performance, availability, and security compliance.</li></ul>
