  • Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical failures to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering departments to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of mechanical issues.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
