- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in target regions.
- Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform export strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales and export performance reports to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development events to promote company products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 6 years of proven experience b2b export sales or international business development, preferably in the manufacturing or metals industry.Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international shipping procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable export strategies.Familiarity with customs regulations, trade compliance, and international payment methods.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel internationally as required.
