Job Details

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Manage employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HRIS and other systems.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits enrollment.
  • Participate in talent management and succession planning activities to support organizational growth.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making and support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the workplace.
