- Develop creative concepts and design materials aligned with the group’s brand identity
- Design marketing and promotional materials, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, flyers, menus, presentations, and signage.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to support branding and communication needs.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual materials.
- Prepare designs for print and digital use, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within hospitality, marketing, or service industries. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
