Job Description

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for our Bosch Partner IoT portfolio (devices + platform + services). You will own the full sales cycle, build a predictable pipeline, close strategic deals, and expand partner channels across sectors such as logistics, ports, customs, and enterprise operations.


What You’ll Do


  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts with strong CRM discipline
  • Sell consultatively to B2B/B2G stakeholders across multi-decision-maker accounts
  • Lead pilots/PoCs and convert them into scaled deployments and long-term contracts
  • Develop partner channels (system integrators/resellers) and drive joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer success
  • Monitor market/competitor activity and translate insights into account and territory strategies

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For


  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience (IoT, hardware + SaaS, telecom, security, industrial tech preferred)
  • Demonstrated success hitting targets and closing complex, long-cycle deals
  • Strong negotiation, storytelling/presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level meetings
  • Fluent English (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have


  • Experience selling into government entities (B2G), tenders, and RFPs
  • Partner/channel sales experience with system integrators and resellers
  • Solid understanding of IoT fundamentals (connectivity, sensors, dashboards, APIs, deployments)

Success Looks Like


  • Consistent pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • PoCs converted into multi-site or scaled rollouts
  • Strategic accounts won and expanded (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Active partner channel generating qualified opportunities
