Egypt Education Platform is seeking an exceptional School Principal for our National School to begin in August 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Provide inspirational leadership to faculty, staff, and students, promoting a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans that enhance student achievement and align with the school’s mission and vision.
Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers to promote effective instructional practices and to support their professional growth.
Engage with parents and the community to foster strong relationships and build a supportive educational network.
Analyze and interpret academic performance data to inform decision-making and enhance educational outcomes.
Manage the school budget and resources effectively and efficiently, allocating funds to maximize student success.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, maintaining accreditation and quality assurance.
Lead the development and implementation of school improvement initiatives.
Support a diverse school environment that promotes equity and inclusion for all students.

A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, with demonstrated success in school administration.
Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, faculty, staff, and the school community.
Proven track record of building positive school culture and enhancing educational outcomes.
Experience with data-driven decision-making and school improvement planning.
Commitment to educational equity and inclusivity for all students.
Eligibility for a principal certification or equivalent is preferred.
