Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover key accounting concepts, principles, and practices in alignment with the secondary school curriculum.
Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance learning and adapt to diverse learning styles.
Prepare students for examinations and provide necessary support for their academic progress.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure integrated learning experiences across subjects.
Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest developments in accounting education.
