Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
Support students with special educational needs and help them access the curriculum effectively.
Work with students on a one-on-one basis and in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding academic and behavioral development.
Encourage positive social interactions and assist in the development of students’ social skills.
Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that accommodates a variety of learning styles.
Participate in training and professional development to stay informed on best practices in education and support strategies.
