Job Details

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for management and staff.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory, place orders, and liaise with vendors as required.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
  • Assist with planning and execution of company events, meetings, and special projects.
