Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with C-suite and decision-makers to articulate value propositions and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and tailored sales collateral.
  • Forecast sales activity and results on a regular basis; provide accurate revenue projections and status updates to leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, SLA commitments, and renewal strategies.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system and adhere to internal processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buying cycle and complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals with mid- to senior-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and common office tools; data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed to engage with clients and prospects.
