Job Details


  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in all planning and warehouse operations.

  • Plan and control material requirements using MRP systems to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production according to demand forecasts and sales plans.

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in coordination with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align capacity, materials, and customer demand.

  • Monitor and analyze material flow, inventory levels, and consumption trends to prevent shortages, bottlenecks, or overstock situations.

  • Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling.

  • Maintain stock accuracy of not less than 97% by conducting periodic physical counts and reconciling system data.

  • Optimize warehouse utilization by planning layout, material storage, and space allocation to achieve safe and efficient operations.

  • Generate and analyze MRP, inventory, and production performance reports, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to meet On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) targets.

  • Lead and develop planning and warehouse teams through coaching, training, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Quality teams to ensure material readiness and smooth production flow.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MRP accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

Functional Level:


• Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management systems.


• Advanced experience in production planning, scheduling, and material control.


• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).


• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, storage systems, and dispatch management.


• Strong reporting and analytical abilities for capacity and demand planning.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Skills
