Job Details


  • Oversee placing orders and ensure requested goods are delivered according to company approval regulations.

  • Monitor processes and documentation to confirm purchase and release (job orders) procedures comply with company regulations, maintain live material balances on the ERP system, and initiate corrective actions when needed.

  • Monitor any changes in BOM or external calculations.

  • Conduct scheduled inventory physical counts to maintain accurate inventory records across stock management systems (Receiving, Releasing, WIP, FG, Scrap, Spare Parts, Fixed Assets), and obtain signatures on stocktaking reports from responsible custody employees.

  • Prepare stocktaking result reports and share them with concerned departments for review and justification.

  • Ensure in-stock levels comply with inventory and insurance parameters.

  • Monitor raw material balances (Copper, Aluminum, Oil, Freon, Gases) and calculate periodic production losses when applicable.

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation control.

Skills


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, conditional formatting, and data analysis).

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data reconciliation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, and Procurement).
