Job Details

  • Develop strategies to increase functions productivity and lead transformation.
  • Develops and monitors the annual human resources budget related to operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D).
  • Review and develop policies, programs, and practices to enhance productivity.
  • Develop a process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the operations.
  • Manages employee communication and feedback through such as meetings, suggestion programs, employee engagement surveys, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Design and manage a process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
  • Work closely with OD department to create and develop annual training and development plans for operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance planning, review, rating, and employee development programs.
  • Work on workforce optimization, lead recruitment function to be aligned with company’s vision and direction.
  • Develops incentive plans, benefits policies and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Lead competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay grades that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
  • Designs and review HR reports timely and accurately to meet strategic requirements, policies, and standards.
