About Nawy Partners Nawy Partners is expanding into the freelancer ecosystem as a new strategic vertical aimed at connecting top freelance professionals with real estate opportunities through the Nawy platform.
We are building this business line from the ground up and are looking for a dynamic leader to drive its success.
  Job Purpose The Business Development Lead – Freelancers will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing team of consultants focused on onboarding freelancers onto the Nawy platform.
This role is critical in establishing Nawy as a preferred marketplace for freelancers while driving growth, performance, and partnerships.
  Key Responsibilities: 1.
  Build, lead, and manage a team of Business Development Consultants responsible for freelancer onboarding.
2.  Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and consistency.
3.  Set clear KPIs and targets for the team and monitor performance regularly.
4.  Support consultants in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top freelance professionals.
5.  Assist the team in closing deals with freelancers and brokers when needed.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key freelance communities, agencies, and partners.
7. Act as the main representative of Nawy Partners within the freelancer ecosystem.
8. Communicate and negotiate competitive commission rates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
9. Contribute to the overall strategy and expansion of the freelancer vertical within Nawy.
10. Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market penetration.
11. Prepare weekly performance reports on freelancer onboarding, deals, and revenue impact.
12. Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and team performance.
1.   5+ years of experience in either Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or Marketplace Growth.
2.  Proven experience leading and managing teams.
3.  Experience in freelancing platforms, marketplaces, real estate, or digital platforms is a plus 4.
  Strong leadership and people management skills.
5.  Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
6.  Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.
7.   Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
8. Results-oriented and target-driven.
9. Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
