Job Details

  •  Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  •  Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  •  Support the sales process by preparing technical proposals, documentation, and responses to RFPs.
  •  Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges throughout the sales cycle.
  •  Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  •  Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate client environments and recommend optimal solutions.
  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  •  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to the company’s products.
  •  Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  •  Participate in post-sales support activities to ensure successful implementation and customer onboarding.
