Job Summary:
The Export Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing international marketing strategies for frozen vegetables and fruits in export markets: Demand Generation, Brand & Portfolio Strategy, Channel Management, Go-to-Market Execution, Market Intelligence & Growth.

- Reports to: Head of Marketing / Commercial Director
- Works closely with: Export Sales Team (support role only)
Key Responsibilities:
International Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement export marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Define brand positioning and value propositions for frozen vegetables and fruits in international markets.
- Support long-term market expansion through marketing-driven initiatives.
Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct market research on global trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze target export markets (EU, GCC, USA, Africa, Asia) and provide insights to management.
- Monitor consumer trends related to frozen food, sustainability, packaging, and clean labeling.
Brand & Communication Management
- Manage and develop the company’s export brand identity across all markets.
- Create and manage marketing materials: product catalogs, brochures, presentations, datasheets, and digital content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all export channels.
Product & Packaging Marketing
- Coordinate with production and quality teams on product presentation, packaging formats, labeling, and claims suitable for export markets.
- Ensure packaging and marketing content align with international regulations and customer expectations (in coordination with QA).
Trade Marketing & Exhibitions
- Plan and manage participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g. Gulfood, Anuga, SIAL, Fruit Logistica).
- Prepare exhibition concepts, booth branding, samples coordination, and marketing collateral.
- Follow up internally with sales teams after exhibitions by providing qualified leads and market feedback.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage export-focused digital marketing activities (website, social media, B2B platforms).
- Coordinate product photography, videos, and storytelling for international audiences.
- Support online presence on B2B food platforms and directories.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with export sales, quality, production, and logistics teams to align marketing activities with market needs.
- Provide marketing support tools to the sales team without engaging in direct selling.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs such as brand awareness, campaign performance, and market penetration.
- Prepare regular marketing performance and market insight reports.
Qualifications & Requirements: EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Agriculture, or a related field.Postgraduate studies in Marketing or International Business are a plus. Experience5–7 years of experience in international marketing.Experience in frozen food, vegetables, fruits, or food FMCG export markets is strongly preferred.Proven experience managing international exhibitions and B2B marketing activities. Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of global food marketing and export market dynamics.Excellent analytical, research, and strategic planning skills.Strong communication and content development abilities.Experience working with agencies, designers, and digital marketing partners.High attention to detail and brand consistency. Language SkillsFluent English (mandatory).Additional languages are an advantage.
