Job Title: Social Media Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Account Manager to manage client accounts across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of social media strategies and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee clients’ social media accounts across various platforms
Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and requirements
Prepare briefs and coordinate with content, design, and media buying teams
Monitor content creation, scheduling, and publishing
Review and approve content before posting
Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals
Monitor comments and messages in coordination with the team
Prepare performance reports and analyze results
Ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
Coordinate with paid advertising teams when required
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in social media account management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Knowledge of digital marketing principles
Experience using social media management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills

المهام والمسؤوليات:
إدارة حسابات العملاء على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
التواصل المباشر مع العملاء وفهم أهدافهم ومتطلباتهم
إعداد الـ Brief وتوصيله لفريق المحتوى والتصميم
متابعة تنفيذ خطة المحتوى وجدولة المنشورات
مراجعة المحتوى والتصاميم قبل النشر
متابعة التعليقات والرسائل بالتنسيق مع الفريق
إدارة التعديلات وملاحظات العملاء
إعداد تقارير الأداء الشهرية وتحليل النتائج
ضمان الالتزام بالهوية البصرية ونبرة المحتوى
التنسيق مع فريق الإعلانات المدفوعة (إن وجد)

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة سابقة في إدارة حسابات السوشيال ميديا
فهم جيد لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وخوارزمياتها
معرفة بأساسيات التسويق الرقمي
إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة السوشيال ميديا
مهارات تنظيم وإدارة وقت عالية

المهارات الشخصية:
مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع العملاء
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة حسابات
الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل
مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار
العمل بروح الفريق

يفضل:
خبرة في العمل مع وكالات دعاية وإعلان
معرفة بأساسيات الإعلانات الممولة
