Key Responsibilities:
- Manage utilities systems and perform routine/preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and machines, minimizing downtime.
- Apply knowledge of turbomachines, including compressors, pumps, blowers, and fans.
- Maintain and optimize hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Oversee chillers and HVAC systems for optimal performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate orders effectively.
