Job Details

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Sells using in depth technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying services to their needs resulting in revenue and profit.
  • Works with Freight Team to address pricing issues and secure new contracts for customers as needed.
  • Act as client’s advocate during the development of solutions; working with operations and pricing groups to develop pricing and proposal, reviews proposals with clients and advises client during the decision-making process.
  •  Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in product portfolio, and stay up to date on technical developments
  • Collaborate with team on details required to ensure most effective solutions to customers and our partners.
