  • Technical Design & Review: Lead the preparation and approval of mechanical shop drawings, calculations, and material submittals. Ensure designs comply with international and local building codes (e.g., ASME, ASHRAE).
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily mechanical construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines (civil/electrical) to resolve "clashes" or technical conflicts before execution.
  • Project Management: Develop resource allocation plans (manpower, materials, equipment) and monitor project milestones to stay within budget and on schedule.
  • Quality & Safety (QA/QC & HSE): Conduct site inspections, manage "punch lists," and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Commissioning & Handover: Oversee the testing and commissioning of all mechanical systems and prepare final as-built documentation for the client.
