Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Qesm 1st 6 October, with opportunities for remote work. As a Water Proposal Team Leader, you will lead the proposal development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical and financial proposals, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. You will be responsible for managing the proposal team, developing winning strategies, and interacting with stakeholders to deliver competitive and high-quality submissions. Additionally, you will track progress, evaluate proposal performance, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Experience in technical proposal writing, project management, and water or wastewater treatment systems Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Background in environmental engineering, water engineering, or a related field is highly desirable Familiarity with regional water and wastewater regulations and technologies is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid work arrangements
