We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in business analysis within technology-driven environments. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements definition, process optimization, and solution delivery to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering activities with senior stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights and recommendations based on data and analysis
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze and document business requirements using appropriate techniques (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows)
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and feasible
- Support solution design by reviewing and validating proposed technical solutions against business needs
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case review, defect tracking, and user sign-off
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise systems
- Strong experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Non-Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Ability to create process maps, workflows, and data models
- Solid understanding of SDLC and system integration concepts
