You will act as the operational gatekeeper, ensuring tasks are completed on time, departments stay aligned, and company SOPs are properly followed.
Your main mission is simple:
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Task Follow-up
Track daily tasks across departments.
Ensure deadlines are met.
Follow up on delayed tasks.
SOP Compliance
Ensure processes follow company SOPs.
Inbox & Task Management
Review company emails.
Convert important emails into actionable tasks.
Filter priorities and escalate urgent matters to the CEO.
Daily Reporting
Prepare a short Daily Pulse Report including:
Completed tasks
Delayed tasks
Key issues
Department updates
Execution Mindset Proactive and solution-oriented. Strong Communication Able to follow up firmly but professionally.Comfortable coordinating with different departments. Tech-Savvy Comfortable with: Google WorkspaceTask management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.) Attention to Detail Highly organized.Able to spot issues early.
