Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs, and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer-centric business model. The opportunities for the Customer Representative include, but are not limited to, field sales to assigned accounts, market opportunity analysis, customer and distributor development, and implementation of approved sales promotions.The territory will consist of Qalubia and Menofia in Egypt.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through Qalubia and Menofia, customers.• The representative must be based in one of these locations, preferably in Sharqiyah.• Manage sales and services of our customers, aiming to increase our company’s Animal Health (AH) wallet share by serving as the primary point of contact between the account and our company.• Work with customers to identify and anticipate needs, provide solutions, and co-create value.• Interact with local marketing and technical services to successfully implement programs and strategies with key accounts.• Educate customers about our company’s AH brands, identify issues with accounts, and work with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters.• Monthly estimation and forecasting of product volumes for our customers.• Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial agreements that effectively link our company’s AH resources to the long-term business needs of customers.• Develop unique ways to grow our AH business with poultry key customers and provide solutions in the face of challenges.• Ensure wise spending that delivers a solid return on investment and builds long-term brand sustainability.• Build deep knowledge of our Animal Health brands, their values, and positioning.Required Experience & Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine.• At least 2 years of experience in animal health and livestock, with focused poultry experience.• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.• Good to excellent communication skills.• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
