Experience Level: 8–12 years (Senior) Overview As Dynamics Functional Consultant, you will be the functional expert and Level 1 support specialist for Dynamics 365 modules, with primary focus on Finance (and supporting exposure to Project Operations, Customer Service).
You will configure, customize, support users, and ensure the processes align with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities • Provide functional expertise and Level 1 support for Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Customer Service, • Configurations and customization of Finance modules.
• Support end-users, troubleshoot functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for fixes.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
• Ensure alignment between Dynamics configurations and business processes.
• Act as primary Dynamics functional point of contact post-go-live.
Required Skills & Experience • 5 to 8 years hands-on Dynamics 365 functional consulting, with strong focus on Finance module • Deep knowledge of Dynamics Finance.
