  • Supervise the development, installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems, including PLCs and related control devices.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance plans are properly developed, updated, monitored, and executed for all electrical equipment.
  • Lead and supervise the Electrical Maintenance technicians.
  • Identify training needs and manage skill development plans for electrical maintenance technicians to support plant systems and equipment.
  • Manage, operate, and maintain the plant power distribution systems (LV/MV as applicable).
  • Report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure spare parts studies, stock levels, and purchase requests are updated to guarantee smooth and continuous equipment operation.
  • Achieve electrical spare parts inventory targets while meeting section objectives, plans, and approved budgets.
  • Support and participate in all company upgrades, expansions, and capital projects related to electrical systems and activities.
  • Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed in full compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
