  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement annual manufacturing strategies, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), and production line enhancements.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across Manufacturing, Coating & Finishing, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
  • Process Optimization: Apply advanced management methodologies such as Lean, 6-Sigma, and Process Optimization to reduce waste and costs.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with Supply Chain management for demand planning, capacity utilization, and raw material management.
  • Digital Transformation: Coordinate with the IT department to implement and maintain ERP systems and other automation tools.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and ESG sustainability goals.
