Review customer RFQs/RFPs, scope of work, specifications, and contract requirements. Prepare high-quality technical and financial proposals. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and finance teams to gather required information. Conduct cost estimation, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, and pricing strategies. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and technical data. Participate in tender clarification meetings, site surveys, and client discussions when required. Track tender submissions, follow up on evaluations, and support negotiations. Maintain an organized tender documentation database and stay updated on market pricing trends. Support business development teams in bidding strategies and early opportunity assessment.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, or pre‑sales. Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure systems, such as (Fiber optic networks (OSP/ISP), Structured cabling, Data center infrastructure, Passive and active telecom solutions) Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Excellent communication skills—written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
