Role Description
The Quality Mechanical Engineer will oversee and continually improve and ensure compliance with quality standards, and contribute to machine design and testing processes. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing CAD software for design, supporting R&D activities, and enhancing production quality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Industrial Belbes city.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products. Verify that all materials, processes, and final goods meet internal standards and customer specifications. Document and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Lead continual improvement initiatives for quality processes and overall outcomes. Collaborate closely with production, design, and other departments to elevate product and service quality. Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback/satisfaction data, then recommend actionable improvements. Qualifications
Qualifications
Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduate (recent or upcoming). Solid understanding of core Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design concepts. Strong proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and related tools. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong commitment to quality standards and process excellence. Preference for candidates located near or willing to commute to Belbes Industrial City.
