Achieving Company Targets:
· Drive the achievement of company targets and lead the team to consistently meet and exceed these goals.
Strategies Plans & Budgets:
· Develops and gains agreement to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and
realisation of agreed corporate sales objectives, hence Channel strategies.
· Submits monthly forecast of Fine Solutions portfolio, and tracks performance.
Product portfolio, Pricing:
· Provides input and participates in the development of pricing, discount and marketing strategies in
conjunction with Marketing, to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
· Constantly reviews portfolio as Fine Solutions is a dynamic market; while ensuring production flexibility.
· Ensure profitable acquisition of new clients
· Manage the GP of existing & new clients to match with department target GP% & Value
Customer Service & Relationship:
· Oversees all aspects of customer relationship activities including development of customer database and
contacts in order to ensure strong client relationships convert into retained customers and growth in
market share.
· Enforces a customer centric culture in team, to reach and surpass customer satisfaction.
Sales Collection:
· Ensure the collection of their customers Debits and in case of any payments troubles out of the hands of
the salesperson and he is completed all the required legal papers with the customers; the total case will
be delegated to the legal department.
· Provides support for the implementation of Health and Safety policies, procedures, and practices that
create and instill an organizational culture that recognizes employee safety and health issues.
Recruiting and building the team.
· Interviewing and selecting candidates to build a high-performing sales team.
· Onboard new team members, providing training on sales strategies.
· Ensure the team has the necessary resources, tools, and support to achieve sales goals.
· Identify high-potential team members for future leadership roles.
Performance Evaluation:
· Set clear performance goals and KPIs aligned with company objectives.
· Conduct regular one to one meetings to assess progress, provide feedback, and set new targets.
· Monitor individual and team sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
development plans.
· Provide constructive feedback and address performance issues proactively to ensure the team meets its
targets.
