Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ismailia for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, handling HR processes, and ensuring employee engagement, satisfaction, and organizational growth.

HR expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations Proficiency in policy development, compliance with labor laws, and organizational best practices Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for fostering teamwork and a positive work environment Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs Ability to handle conflict resolution, performance improvement planning, and cultural adaptability Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of industry trends; experience in manufacturing or garment production is a plus Proficiency in HR software and tools; advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
