Executive Director
Main Responsibility:
Lead overall company strategy, operations, and performance across all departments. Oversee real estate development projects from planning to delivery. Manage and supervise Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Departments to ensure business growth and project success. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Ensure effective project planning, budgeting, cost control, and timeline management. Monitor construction quality, engineering standards, and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with investors, partners, contractors, and key stakeholders. Drive business expansion opportunities and new project acquisitions. Prepare performance reports and present strategic recommendations to shareholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate development, including leadership roles. Proven experience managing sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, project management, and construction processes. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Strong financial and commercial acumen.
