Job Descriptioni SON Xperiences is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment cycle and perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Achieve and exceed unlimited KPIsCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders Maintain accurate candidate records
Requirements English level B2–C1Work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Recruitment experience is a plus
