Job Details

 1-Payroll Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, terminations, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies. 
  • Validate attendance, leaves, shifts, and work entries prior to payroll runs, resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and regularly update payroll configurations, including salary structures, allowances, deductions, and payroll rules.
  • Reconcile payroll data, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate reporting.

 

2-Personnel Operations & Employee Lifecycle.

  • Responsible for all end-to-end personnel operations covering hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and terminations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle experience.
  • Responsible for all exit processes including resignations, terminations, clearance, final settlements, and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee master data, personnel files, contracts, and documentation in hard copies as well as on HRIS systems.
  • Manage probation tracking, contract renewals, and employee status changes in line with company policy and labor law.

 

3-Compliance & Governance

  • Monitor changes in payroll-related laws , Labor law& regulations requirements and reflect updates in payroll and personnel practices and internal policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of payroll data at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Manage social insurance registrations, updates, adjustments, and deregistration for employees.
  • Handle labor office documentation, inspections, audits, and governmental reporting requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits related to personnel, payroll, and compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards across all personnel records.

 

4-Leadership, HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Act as the escalation point for complex payroll issues and employee payroll-related inquiries.
  • Recommend and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, automation, internal controls and compliance
  • Support system enhancements and payroll-related projects, including HRIS upgrades and integrations.
