  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures and documentation in line with industry best practices.
  • Monitor production processes to identify deviations, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality reports for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the training of staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with certifications such as Naturland, Biosuisse, JAS, NOP, and Fair Trade.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the development and validation of new testing methods and quality control tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements relevant to quality management in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
