Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to promote company events and services while ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote company events and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company website and social media platforms with engaging content.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and processing invoices related to marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance for management review.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing data and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
