Role Description This is a part-time hybrid position for a Senior Human Resources Specialist located inindustrial Belbes city, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage HR activities including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits plans, and personnel management processes. They will support the company’s workforce, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and promote a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities include recruitment processes, nurturing employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience with HR Management, including strategic planning and team engagement Strong understanding of HR Policies and their implementation Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with HR systems and labor laws in Egypt is an advantage
