Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member, based in Markaz El Zaqaziq with partial work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with retail partners, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to both merchants and consumers. The role also involves educating clients about Souhoola’s financial solutions while ensuring a high level of satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven ability in sales, relationship-building, and achieving targets Knowledge of financial services, consumer finance, or retail sales; prior experience in a similar role is a plus Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities Understanding of financial inclusion and market trends is an advantage Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software Ability to work independently with flexibility in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
