Location: 6th of October City, Egypt Industry: Mattress, Foam & Sleep Products Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry – Production professional to accurately record, update, and maintain production-related data. The role supports the production and operations teams by ensuring timely and accurate data entry related to daily production output, raw material consumption, and finished goods. Key Responsibilities Enter daily production data (output, rejects, downtime, shifts) into ERP systems or spreadsheets Record raw material consumption (foam, fabric, springs, accessories) as per production reports Update finished goods quantities and production completion status Maintain accurate records for production plans vs. actual output Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to verify data accuracy Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Ensure proper documentation and filing of production records Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies Support stock reconciliation and basic inventory tracking Follow company policies related to data accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field2–4 years of experience in data entry or production coordination within a manufacturing environment (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is must) Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a factory/production environment Basic knowledge of manufacturing or production processes is a plus Good communication skills in Arabic; basic English is preferred
