Chema Group is hiring Senior Purchasing Specialist. Job Responsibilities:· Purchase goods, materials, components, and services in accordance with defined cost, quality, and delivery objectives.· Execute the full purchase-to-pay process for all materials, services, and supplies.· Maintain a steady flow of required materials and promptly address any supply issues that could affect business operations.· Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible cost and quality for raw materials.· Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, conducting regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the plastic manufacturing industry.- Solid knowledge of plastic raw materials and their suppliers.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
