4. POSITION OBJECTIVE
To plan, manage, and control all construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards, while coordinating effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
5. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure effective planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities in accordance with approved project plans, drawings, and specifications.
2. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and take corrective actions to meet milestones and deadlines.
3. Ensure all construction work meets quality standards, contractual requirements, and company policies.
4. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Ensure construction activities comply with contract terms, method statements, and company procedures.
6. Provide accurate progress, risk, and performance reports to the Project Manager and senior management.
7. Ensure required inspections, testing, and approvals are completed and documented.
8. Enforce compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and ensure safe working practices on site. 9. Identify construction risks and site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
