Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Manager (Investor Relations)
What will you do?
- Develop and implement the Investor Relations strategy to ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication of the company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook to investors and the market.
- Manage relationships with investors and financial stakeholders, including shareholders, analysts, banks, and investment advisors, acting as the primary point of contact for investor communications.
- Lead investor communications and meetings, including analyst briefings, investor meetings, conference calls, roadshows, and presentations, ensuring consistent and approved messaging.
- Oversee preparation of Investor Relations materials, including presentations, fact sheets, disclosures, and the Investor Relations Kit, in line with EGX and FRA disclosure requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with EGX listing rules and FRA regulations, including timely disclosures, material event announcements, and adherence to disclosure and transparency standards.
- Maintain and update the bilingual Investor Relations website, ensuring all required disclosures, financial reports, announcements, and shareholder information are published accurately and on time.
- Organize and manage all shareholder meetings (OGMs and EGMs), including coordination with legal advisors, regulators, newspapers, and internal teams, and oversee dividend distribution procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and market developments, including peer analysis, and provide clear summaries and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Support investment and corporate finance activities, including financial analysis, participation in due diligence, and coordination with investment banks on potential transactions, as required.
- Apply and maintain Investor Relations-related policies and procedures, including Disclosure Policy, Insider Trading Policy, and Corporate Governance practices, in coordination with finance, legal, and compliance teams.
Skills
What will you need?
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the Investor Relations scope
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing junior analysts within the IR & Investments scope
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferably with a Concentration in Accounting, Finance and/or Economics
- An advanced level Diploma or Master’s degree is strongly recommended (e.g. Private Equity Diploma, Investments Diploma, Certified IR, etc..) from a top-tier Institute/University.
- Professional Certification in the field of Finance (e.g. CFA) is preferred, but not a must.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Understanding of securities regulations, stock exchange rules, and financial reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
- Excellent level of financial analysis and principles
- Excellent understanding of financial valuation and corporate finance concepts
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software for financial modelling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in presentation software to create compelling and informative presentations for investors and stakeholders.
- High ability to conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential investment opportunities.
