Job Details

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective project plans are created, maintained, and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect status of project activities; this includes clearly articulating and tracking all critical path activities timelines.
  • Functions as a team lead & ensure effective management of assigned internal and external resources toward the common goal of quality and timely deliverable of product services that meets stakeholders’ expectations
  • Manages the relation between engineering consultants / site supervision and contractors within the work constraints.
  • Communicates changes to the project plan and timelines, along with project risks or issues, ensuring the project is tracking to budget scheduled completion dates.
  • Monitors risks/issues as they arise; Working with project teams management to respond efficiently for resolution on any risks to the critical path.
  • Oversee hiring of contractors who are responsible for providing the labor material required to complete the project.
  • Overlooks health and safety standards within the project.
  • Assists and coordinate the design, project controls & engineering teams on technical issues.
  • Manages change control regarding project costs - estimates -, scope target schedules.
  • Performs other related duties as may be required, potential for travel for on-site technical assistance.
