Job Title: HR Generalist with Retail Experience Location: October city - Giza , Egypt About the Role: We are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Fathy Ibrahim. As we grow, with a team of around 60 employees, we need someone who is well-rounded in all HR functions but especially strong in talent acquisition. Retail experience is a must. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to a retail environment. Support managers and employees with HR best practices, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Handle employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the retail sector. Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools. A proactive, flexible approach suited to a growing company environment.
