Job Details

Job Description : 1.
Ensure that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job.
2. Conduct short safety meetings/Tool Box meetings with direct reports for the current job before operations.
Ensure that each personnel are made aware of the hazards and is fully aware of their responsibilities.
3. Prepare Well Testing Procedures and Job Programs.
4. Ensure proper reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses through the daily report.
Initiates investigation of all such cases.
5. Ensure that each direct personnel performs their responsibilities as per the requirements of the Company’s HSEQ Policy.
6. Ensure that all equipment for the job is free of any damages/defects and is fully operational prior to any operations job.
In the event of damages, a damage report shall be made.
7. Ensure that operations are conducted as per the Standard Operating Procedures and are in adherence to the Company policies and procedures.
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General): 1.
Minimum Education Qualifications : Related engineering bachelor's degree 2.
Work Experience : 10+ years working experience in well test operation 3.
Language Skills : Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability 4.
Certificates : IADC or IWCF 5.
Preferred with H2S experience Specific Requirements: 1.
To be healthy both physically and mentally.
2. Work in field frequently.
