Job Description: · Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of ESP systems and related surface equipment (VSDs, transformers, switchboards, cables, etc.
). · Support electrical troubleshooting and performance monitoring of ESP systems to ensure smooth operations.
· Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for ESP electrical systems.
· Assist in the preparation of technical reports, site documentation, and daily activity logs.
· Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
· Learn and apply basic electrical design, drawings interpretation, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) related to ESP systems.
· Coordinate with mechanical and production teams to ensure integrated and reliable field operations.
· Participate in field training programs and technical workshops for continuous development.
Job Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
· Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of field exposure (internship or project work in Oil & Gas preferred).
· Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
· Interest or knowledge in ESP operations, VSDs, and downhole electrical systems is a plus.
· Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
· Perfect communication skills in English.
· Willingness to work in remote oilfield locations and rotational schedules.
