  • Oversee daily fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation of poultry products.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align fleet schedules with business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, implementing improvements to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements for fleet operations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and inspections for all vehicles to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on fleet utilization, expenses, and operational challenges to management.
  • Respond promptly to operational incidents, accidents, or emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions.
