Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Dutch Speakers (C1 level) located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing accurate and efficient support, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Employees will communicate effectively with clients in Dutch to address their needs and offer tailored solutions. Additionally, the role may involve collaborating with team members and taking part in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality.

Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and strong communication skills in both written and spoken form Customer service and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude Adaptability, time-management abilities, and multitasking skills Proficiency in using basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new tools or platforms Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus Capacity to work effectively in an on-site team environment A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage Salary 65K.
